Description
The P/S-CSCF are keeping the states of all dialogs. For
INVITEs the expiration is set to a default period. If
there is no activity in this interval the CSCFs
should/will terminate the session. RFC 4028 defines a
mechanism for session expiration negotiation and refresh.
