Send B2B BYE on INVITE dialog expiration (and for respectively SUBSCRIBE dialog termination)

Description

The P/S-CSCF are keeping the dialog states. When the expiration timers for dialogs is reached, the CSCFs should send a B2B BYE to the involved party and as such terminate the session.

Fixed in the S-CSCF by Alberto Diez since r231. The S-CSCF is now sending 2xBYE on expiration of the dialog.

Will close when the P-CSCF is also done.

Since r232 the S-CSCF also sends BYEs to dialogs on de-registration of users.

Idea: - configurable flag to break/not break the dialogs on de-registration or expiration

ToDo: - add support for SUBSCRIBE dialog termination in the S-CSCF
