Support for implicitly registered sets

Description

Currently, there is no support for implicitly mapping
IMPUs together in an implicitly reg. set in FHoSS.
Since many nice applications come with the support of
these sets, they have to be included.

Hi,
Could you please confirm if this feature is solved yet? In the thread announcing the launch of the branch it was said that it was completed and included among the new features of the branch. Can you confirm that? Thanks!

If it's closed, it should be done.
